On Sunday, 30 September,  the IV Homeless World Cup in Cape Town (Republic of South Africa) finished. The cup was won by the Russian team that beat Kazakhstan in the final. Polish team took the third place. 

26 national teams, which is 496 contestants, took part in the championships. Poland participates in it since the beginning – we took the twelfth place in 2003, the third place in 2004 and the second place in 2005. The coach of the team was Mr. Artur Hy¿yk; among the contestants was Mr. Tomasz Figlarz, a goalkeeper from Wroclaw.
