Pilgrimating Rosary

Intention

During the chairmen meeting in Dynów on June 3,  2006 it was decided to to organise in every Society`s circles a peregrination of the Rosary and relics of the Saint Patrons in order to enliven the spirit life in circles and centres and thank for 25 years of the Society activity.

A history of the Rosary

The rosary was handed down on May 25, 2006 for the Old – People`s Home named after Saint Albert in Dynów by Wanda and the cousin Ms Janina Szpiech living in Wara near Dynów. The rosary belonged to their cousin Ms Gieraldina Szpiech that lived in the USA, who had bought it for decorating of the coffin of her father Jakub Szpiech who descended in 1970 in the USA. Jakub came from Wara and went to the USA as a youth to earn for a living. Firstly, the rosary was to be handed down to the Szpieches – cousins from Wara. The Szpieches decided to give it to the Chapel in the Old – People`s Home in Dynów, where Jakub`s youngest sister with the daughter lived.
On June 3, 2006 in the Chapel, in presence of the chairmen of all – Poland circles, the rosary was handed down for Society`s Chairman – Mr Bohdan Aniszczyk but starting of the visitation was blessed by Cardinal Stanisław Nagy.
