Ostatnie w tej kadencji zebranie ZG odby³o siê 16-17.03.2007 we Wroc³awiu. Na zebraniu ZG podj±³ m. in. nastêpuj±ce decyzje:

• zatwierdzi³ wykonanie Funduszu Spotkañ za r 2006 i ustali³ wysoko¶æ sk³adki na 2007 r
• zwiêkszy³ do 450 tys. z³. limit po¿yczek udzielanych ko³om realizuj±cym projekty IW Equal
• przyj±³ wytyczne do regulaminów placówek: schroniska dla mê¿czyzn, schroniska dla kobiet i matek z dzieæmi, noclegowni, ogrzewalni, kuchni
• zaktualizowa³ za³. nr 1 do Regulaminu wynagrodzeñ oraz zmieni³ § 34 Regulaminu Pracy
• powo³a³ sk³ad Rady i Komisji Rewizyjnej Fundacji „Bli¼niemu Swemu” na now± kadencjê
• uzupe³ni³ sk³ad zespo³ów realizuj±cych strategiê w obszarze 3 i 5

Omówiono tak¿e akcjê wêdruj±cego ró¿añca, przygotowania do Zebrania Ogólnego, materia³y dla delegatów, kwestie osobowo¶ci prawnej kó³, ankietê podsumowuj±c± pracê ZG w tej kadencji.

Jacek Jureczko, keeper and IT specialist for care center in Wroclaw, member of the Board  of Directors is very ill. We ask you for an unceasing  prayer for the intention of his health and strenght for his relatives.
 

Annual Meeting of Chaplains took place 16-17.02.2007 in the house of religious retreat near the Sanctuary „Ecce Homo” in Cracov. 13 priests that take spiritual care in the Society associations and agencies took part in the procedings as well as secular members of a commission on Board of Directors formation. The meeting prepared and conducted by prelate Bronislaw Zolnierczyka, during which experiences were exchanged, Society's strategy for 2006-2015 was presented, with emphasis on sphere 2: "Spiritual condition of the employees and members ". Initiative of "traveling rosary" in the associations was introduced as well. Saturday Mass was conducted by cardinal Franciszek Macharski with collaboration of chaplains.

In Wroclaw 19-20.01.2007 a meeting of Main Board of Society was conducted. 20 members attended, as well as 2 representatives of Audit Commission.
During the meeting Main Board decided on the following matters:

• rules of donation division by Presidium in urgent cases were agreed on 
• sanctions were set for associations that fail to produce donation financial settelments in due time
• agreement to Slupskie Association to gain legal personality
• status of Member of Honour was established
• agreed on the rules for initiative of "traveling rosary" in the associations

Apart from that, Main Board amongs others, did:

• Discuss the substantial programme for General Meeting on 21.04.2006.
• Dicuss the matter of legal personality of associations and decided that during the General Meeting solutions will be recomend for associations to quickly achieve the status of legal personality
• Familiarise with information about implementation of Society's strategy in two sphres.

Reporting-electing meetings were held:

• in Bielice Circle on 23.09.2006, in which 21 members took part. Five-people board was elected and three-people Audit Committee. Teresa Rojek was reelected as a president.
• in Brzesko Circle on 1.12.2006, in which 19 members took part. Five-people board was elected and three-people Audit Committee.  Jan Kulczycki was elected as a president.
• in Stalowa Wola Circle on 7.12.2006, in which 60 members took part. Nine-people board was elected and four people Audit Committee. Jan Sibiga Kulczycki was elected as a president..
• in Slupsk Circle on 6.01.2007, in which 23 members took part. Five-people board was elected and three-people Audit Committee. Mariusz Kajewski was elected as a president.

We would like to thank all the members of authorities for their four-year's work. We wish the newly elected authority members a lot for energy, good ideas and to serve in the spirit of St. Albert.

Presidium informs that an offer contest was opened for the best projects for funding in 2007 by Fund of Civic Initiatives.
Deadline for application is 07.02.2007. Detailed info on http://www.pozytek.gov.pl/.

One organisation can send only two applications, for a sum of 250 PNZ. We encourage the associations to familiarize itselves with the rules and to send the ideas with short descriptions to the Board of Directors via fax or e-mail by 19.01.2007 until 21:00. After analyzing the applications Presidium will suggest to the associations that have a similar idea to work together on the project, or two best projects will be chosen.
According to the rules, associations without legal personalities must get Board's authorisation to be elligible to send an applications.
We guess that associations with legal personalities will be treated as separate organisations - we sent an enquiry to Ministy of Labour and Social Policy.

Before writting down the idea plese read carefully the "rules for geting and settling a dotation", that are to be found on the aferementioner website, so that th project is designed according to the rules. Please send decriptions of the ideas attaching a form.

2-3.12.2006 in Wroclaw the meeting of the Main Board was held. 18 directors took part in it. During the course of meeting :

• Main Board accepted the financial plan for 2007 (without Meeting Fund)
• accepted calendar of meeting and events for 2007
• set the date and programme of General Meeting and delegate election keys
• got familiarised with plans of implementation of strategy in three spheres and accepted it with suggestion of changes
• discussed the matter of all associations having legal personalities
• discussed the role and causes little activity of departments
• familiarised itself with current situation in Lubelskie Association
• listened to informations of Society's Chairman and Chairwoman of Audit Commission

Members of the MB took pleasure in meeting His Excellency kardinal Henryk Gulbinowicz, one of the founders of Society, who was given a commemorative medal for the 25th anniversary of the Society.

20-22 October 2006 in Czestochowa, workers of the Society had their annual religious retreat - "Meeting in Jasna Gora". 84 members from 41 assosiations came. This year, the meeting was conducted by prelate Bronis³aw ¯o³nierczyk, who specialises in religious retreats. The conference focused on the preparation to the jubuiliee of the Society. On Saturday, bishop Antoni D³ugosz met those who came and conducted a mass; there was also a meeting with the therapists from "Breatania" rehab centre. The meeting was concluded by Sunday Eucharist in Blessed Painting Chapel, that was conducted by archibishop Stanis³aw Nowak.

• 18.09.2006 in Hrubieszow a meeting of the members of assosiation was held. During the meeting, an additional election to the board od directors was conducted. Jozef Baczewski was chosen to be the president.
• 18.09.2006 in Krosno, an electoral and reporting meeting was held in Subcarpathian branch. Stanis³aw Piotrowicz re-elected as a president of the branch. Maria Skret, Henryk Hass, Emil Jurkiewicz, Jacek Kochman were chosen to the board of directors.
• 22.09.2006 in Czluchow an electoral and reporting meeting for Czlochow Circle was held. Election to the board of directors(that consists of five posts) was held and audit committee memebers were chosen as well. Urszula Trzebiatowska was made a president of the Circle.
• 21.10.2006 in Poniatowa an electoral and reporting meeting for Lubelskie Assosiation was held. New authorities were elected. Ma³gorzata Jocek was chosen as the president.
