The 2010 European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion follows a joint decision by the European Parliament and the Council of Ministers.

Activities will be conducted on the European level and in each of the EU member states.

 

The concert inaugurating the European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion will take place in Wroclaw on 15 February in The Capitol Musical Theatre. Invitations are distributed by aid organizations. More details on the poster .
